Apocalypse Here...

He sighed.

"You asked for it, Madam."

With a quick movement, he hit her at the base of the skull, immobilizing her.

Laurie narrowed her eyes.
"You little.." she said, breaking off into uncomprehensible blabbers, most likely with obscene words.

A guard removed a vial, poured in onto a rag, and held it to her nose.

"Sweet dreams, Madam..."

Laurie knee'd him in the stomach and tried to fight her way away from him.

The other pressed the thing to her nose, as two others held her down. The first guard moaned and held his midriff.

The potion began to deal it's drowsy damage.

The kicking became weaker, her eyes closed up, and the cursing ceased.

Yupp, she was out cold.

The guards carried her to the holding cell, [magical lock and all] and waited for the summon.

[K...So...hearing comes and she magically Wakey-Wakey's, Eggs and Bac-ey.....Don't ask, lol].

[Okay lol]

A guard came to escort the trio to the Throne Room.

"Hands off, I'm capable of helping myself.." she siad, jerking away from their hands.

The shakles on her hands had a different idea.

The guards lead them through the corridors to the Throne Room.

Laurie kept her mouth shut, waiting for the King to say something, then she'd consider a snyde remark.

King Hyrule lifted his weary head to look upon the prisoners.

"Charges?" he rasped.

"Trespassing; Disturbance of the peace; Destruction of private property" said the guard

Laurie rolled her eyes and slouched to one side.

The guard to the side, the kindest one, whispered, "Be polite...um...curtsey...you'll get off easy...maybe..." he offered, trying to be helpful

"Surely you jest.." she whispered back, but took his advice into consideration.

As much as it pained her, she curtsied, trying to hide the grimace on her face.

The King sighed, changringed.

"What were you doing here?"

"What was I doing here?" she asked.

"Well, I was seeing what all the ruccuss was about, then I saw this chick who tried to murder us the other day. And, well, needless to say I'm not big on this whole 'Forgive and Forget' thing."

"Uh, Your Highness.." she said, bowing.

He sighed.

"An eye for an eye, and the whole world goes blind."

He winced. Zelda had said that...

"As you say so." she remarked.

"What business was it of yours what went on within these walls? As you've no doubt learned, this is the reason we have guards."

Iko was hiding in a corner when the trio was arrested, but had followed as they were carted off. She had managed to loot most of the lighter trinkets and had deposited them in an outside cache while she waited for the summoning.

As the guards escorted the trio to the throne room, Iko scurried along behind, her little Chibi legs taking her along at a good-paced clip. She paused as they enetered, and slipped into the room moments before the door slammed shut. She was now in a corner of the room, watching the "hearing" take place.

"I don't have the time to deal with petty miscreants such as yourself. I have the whole of Hyrule to worry about." he grumbled,

"We're sorry sir." Lorine said

Iko snickered. Not as sorry as you're gonna be...
She slid along the wall until she'd reached the throne. She tapped a fingernail softly on the metalwork, listening to the reveberations. "Hm...A few inches from the base, and old Humpty-Dumpty will go falling down..." She took a small knife from her pack and silently chipped away at the throne, chuckling maniacally.
