assassination.....

Kayu drifted through the people making his way to the town square where a man that was known as "The Flame of Hyrule " was making his speech before he lead his resistance group into battle with the castle guard.

Once in the town square he made his way up front of the crowd of warriors and looked up on the stand where he stood.

Kayu studied his surroundings for an escape route for after he performed the assassination. He spotted it and then decided to finish up before the man finished his speech.

Kayu ripped out his crossbow and shot one of the guards that stood beside the man, killing him. He then ran up and kicked off of a box up onto the platform and ripped out his dagger and slit the other guards throat.

the other warriors scurried up to try and get ot kayu before he could perform the assassination

"the flame of hyrule" took off running down and old alley. Kayu chased after him and all the warriors chased after kayu.

the man turned around and kayu came from above stabbing the wrist blade into his neck and he slowly dropped his body to the ground and closed the mans eyes

he looked back and saw the warriors coming after him. he ran up a wall and kicked off an old sign up onto the other building he ran to the gates of town.

A dead end.....or was it

there behind him stood the gates, he turned around and had the warriors blocking his other way out.

Kayu turned his back and opened the gates.

Upon the opening of the gates, a flood of monks in white robes came and kayu in his attire blended among them.

once a safe distance away kayu took a seat on a bench and wiped the blood off of his wrist blade and closed his eyes to think.

Atop the roofs, watching the ordeal, was Farore.

"Well, well..." she said, "A small scuffle...hm..."

Her green eyes studied the scene, drinking in all the images like decadence.

Smiling, she disappeared in a swirl of wind...

A moment later, she was standing in the alleyway, her skirt flapping at her ankles and making a swooshing sound.

She looked about. Silence...

Kayu had images of the assassination he had just carried out floating through his mind.

all sound was deaf on his ears, the world became silent

he opend his eyes and looked up

there in the alleyway he saw farore

he closed his eyes and looked back down

The young woman appraised Kayu.

She moved forward, her shoes clacking sharply on the cobblestone.

"...You seem to have made a...rather heavy...decision," she said quietly.

Kayu stood from the bench, his head still faced down

"and u know what of what ive done?" kayu asked cooly

{i like his new attitude i gave him for some reason}

[It's cool. I gave Farore a new attitude from ZV as well.]

She shrugged, "Yes, I did. But it's not my business."

The woman smiled, "My question is; do you want a way out?"

{cool}

kayu smirked, "what makes u so sure i need a way out?" he asked

half his face was covered in darkness from teh hood blocking otu the light

"I have my ways," the Oracle said calmly, "My offer still stands. I would like to...reward your valiance."

kayu closed his eyes for a moment and then looked up and took off his hood and looked her in the eyes

"and how.....would you do that?" he asked

"It does not matter that who you killed, even if it was for the good...there will be complications. He was, after all, someone's family. But what you did...was for the better."

The girl smiled wryly, "Sometimes, the definitive line between black and white, right and wrong...is somewhat gray. You made a wise choice, as twisted as that seems. And for your courage, I'd like to help you escape the consequences for your actions."

"ok i understand....and i plan all of my intentions for the greater good....but anyway, how can you help me?" he asked as he loked around the town keeping an eye on his surroundings

Farore smiled, "I have...special gifts," she said, choosing her words slowly and with care.

"I can get you out of here in a moment; and I can deal with the wake of troubles that will be sure to follow after your departure."

"well.....thanks for the offer but..." before he could finish his sentence the warriors of the man he had assassinated earlier came around the corner, one of them stood there and eyed kayu for a moment and then walked on with the others

Kayu watched as they left "....it seems im covered" he finished

"I understand," Farore said.

"...If you ever do find yourself in...a bind...you have a favor to call in with me...just look skyward and ask for Farore."

The young woman made a sign with her hands and disappeared in a flash of green and yellow light.

"surely...." Kayu said as she dissapeared

He slipped back on his hood and turned down the road, walking off
