"You know, this is actually quite interesting." she said, reading the book

Saraia looked at the front of the book and opened it. She read the first few lines and was hooked.
"Hey, this is interesting." she said turning pages.

[It really is. I highly recommend it]

"I've actually read it, but I'd forgotten how interesing it is> I find the setting engaging and the characters livid. It's also rather tragic and moving, really..." she said.

This didn't sound like Kadomi at all

Saraia looked at Kadomi wide-eyed.
"What happened to you.." she said quietly to herself.

Alena was deep into the book, and couldn't take her eyes off the page.

"What? Were you under the impression that I was a unintelligent thug that spends her time at the mall all of the time, tormenting people? Believe it or not, I'm on the 'A' Honor Roll. Just cuz I have fun and drive a motorcycle and I'm crazy doesnt mean Im stupid.." she said, not angry, but matter of factly

Saraia smiled and blinked with a blank face.
"Ok...' she she said smiling and turned back to the book.

Kadomi sat back, propped her knees up and sat the book in her lap, pouring over the classic novel

Alena yawned as she got into a more comfortable position, accidentally bumping Aqua.
"Oh, sorry." she siad

Aqua nodded.

"No problem." she said

Vaati was absorbed in the book

Violet, sitting near the center surrounded by her possey, was having tuble with the book, constantly asking what simple wordds meant.

Cynthia, though not smasrt was brighter than Violet and helped her through it

coby then closed his book and walked down to the back of the room

Kadomi began to chew on the end of her pen as she read the classic novel

colby sat down by kadomi and the others

Saraia's eyes darted this way and that on the pages of the classic novel.

Alena read a bit more slowly, trying to comprehend the full meaning of every word descrbed on the pages.

Violet had only closed the book and took a piece to gum from Cynthia to smack on.

Vaati was reading and comprehending at an alarming rate, Kadomi not far behind. Kiara, too was a very fast reader.

Kadomi didn't even looked up, so was she hooked on the book

Saraia, well into the third chapter, was far ahead of Alena, who in turn was only beginning the second chapter.

Vioelt, who hadn't read but the titles of the chapters, had already had more than she could handle.

ms.mcbeth got up and walked up to violet and held out a cleenex "spit out the gum and read the book' she ordered

[rofl what about keahi?]


Kadomi sighed at the plight of the characters.

Vaati's mouth was set in a grim line, knowing all to surely theit fate

Violet looked at the teacher and spat the gum on her hand instead of the Kleenex.
"Oops, I'm sorry." she said angelicly, where the teacher didn't suspect.

Keahi, in the corner nearest Vaati, made fun of him, by hitting the book and saying phrases.

ms.mcbeth looked down at violet with an evil look "we're not gonna get along are we?" she said then walked over tot keahi "what are u doin"

Vaati flinched and shyed away from Keahi, but to no avail

(he needs to always picko n him, ok staci XD lol)

Keahi looked up at Ms. McBeth.
"Oh, nothing. I didn't understand this word," she said, not looking at the book, and pointed to the word, 'The'. He glanced at the page and moved his finger to a more complicated one,"I asked him what it meant. That's all."

Vaati gulped

"Th-that's right ma'am." he squeaked, catching dark glares from Keahi

"are u sure..."
