Powers: Mild shapeshifting; excellent weaponry skills

Lives: She's a roamer. She left the Valley when she was ten due to her more-than-normal abilities, and she's never gone back.

Appearance: Take a young Gerudo girl. Give her very dark skin, near-white hair, and black eyes. Slap on a long traveling cloak, a knapsack, and a longbow. Add an array of three/four daggers, and you've got Fell!
