A New Challenger is Here

"Interesting," Fang mused. "Very interesting."

"yes......quite interesting...well i must be off to do "something" so...goodbye" he said and he ran up a building

once up there he looked down at her and put on his hood and tilted his head, then he was gone

{note...this is when he left to perform the assassination and he will be back}

With the girl distracted Haseo changed into a wolf [while no one was looking of course] and ran through the alley away from the girl.

Fang turned around, raising an eyebrow. "Odd..."

He stopped when he reached the Castletown Square. [where that fountain is]

When he suddenly spotted something move quickly jumping from building to building.

Well there is something you don't see everyday, he thought.

He then spotted that girl he ran into earlier [literally lol]

She seemed 'different' compared to other people. And she seemed to notice something different with me.... he thought.

Moonlight decided to walk closer to the girl and see if she will notice.

Fang's innate sense of smell kicked in.


She surveyed the area with a calm sweep of her eyes.

As Moonlight edged closer to the girl, he sensed something 'primal' and familiar about the girl. Like she had something in common with him....

Fang swept the snow white hair out of her pristine blue eyes.

She turned sharply on her heel, listening. She knew something was there...waiting...lurking...

Still wondering why this girl had not noticed a black wolf almost standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER [hint hint]. Moonlight decided to yawn and close his eyes and wait.

With his eyes closed, he hear and smell better, so he figured he would be able to pick up anyone coming up to him [he thinks...]

Fang looked down at the wolf, frowning, "You're not any ordinary wolf; don't try to hide it."

His ears went up at the mention of a wolf. [and the mention that he wasnt an ordinary wolf.]

I thought you had to see the eyes to tell the difference.... he thought as he slowly opened his eyes and looked up at the girl.

Trying to look nonchalant, but failing, Moonlight suddenly got up and started walking toward an alley.

After walking a few paces, he turned around and tried to shake his head in a beckonign fashion. Then he walked a few more paces.

Fang followed casually.

No, I could smell it,

Kayu returned back to the spot where he and fang talked, he completed the assassination with no problems.

The warriors gave up their search for him, he then went on to look for fang

Looking behind him as he walked down the alley, Moonlight made sure that the girl was following him.

Seeing that she was, he climbed up to the rooftops and waited for the girl to come up as well, if she does.

Fang heard Kayu a ways off.

I'm in the alley. she thought to him

She continued to walk after Moonlight.

[technically... Fang doesnt know who he is yet.... atleast not his name]

[im assuming Fang followed onto the roofs for this part]

As Moonlight watched Fang climb up onto the rooftops he felt a strong connection between them...

Almost liek they were related somehow...

[besides them being changelings]

[Yeah lol, but that's why I didn't make her say it. I'd already talked about Kayu, so I didn't want to say 'he' again, and it be confusing as to who she was following. So I just said she was following Moonlight even though she doesn't know his name yet]

The girl sighed. "What do you want?" she said finally, impatient as always.

Moonlight, studied the girl for a moment, then walked over sniffing her.

He caught a whiff of something he does not usually smell from 'human' girls. Still feeling that connection between the girl and himself, Moonlight decided he could trust her.

So, he walked back a few paces away from her and transformed into his human form.

"It is a pleasure to meet you," Haseo said as he bowed a little.

"I believe we have something in common with each other, otherwise you wouldn't have known i wasn't an 'ordinary' wolf," He continued.

"I'm not dumb, you know." she said, "And kindly keep your nose to yourself."

She looked at him with cold eyes, wary as always.

"Well that is no way to treat your cousin," said Haseo.

[DUN DUN DUUUUUUN......]

"...Cousin?" she said, eyes wide, "Whatwhowhenwhat HUH?"

"And you said you weren't dumb...." Haseo replied, "Look, can't you tell just by looking that I must be related somehow...."

"...Lots of people have white hair and blue eyes." she mused.

"True, but do lots of people with white hair and blue eyes carry pendants like these?" Moonlight said while holding his out and pointing at Fang's visible necklace.

"And, do most girls give out their changeling names to just anyone?"

[Her's has been lost...lol]

Fang laughed, "Are you blind? I have no pendant." she said, indicating her bare neck.

"Maybe I just like the name, okay? And maybe I sensed you were a Changeling. Like I said, I'm not a dolt."
