Apocalypse Here...

After watching, from the shadows, the the two guards, Zinthos notices the two other people rushing toward the main gate. Feeling that things will get interesting, he stealthly comes out of the shadows, turning into a wolf again, and starts to zig zag from shadow to shadow toward the two.
[the final two being 'Flora' and 'Butch']

Zelda grabbed Link by the hand and tried to weave her way through the crowd, praying to Nayru that they wouldn't get caught.

Zinthos slips into a nearby alleyway and climbs up onto the rofftops.

Perched like a gargoyle, with glowing red eyes, he looks for the two he was following.

Spotting them, he jumps down at the male one attempting to meld into his shadow.

Link spun around, eyes supsicious, instinctively reaching for his sword.

Zelda gasped, "No! Don't! You'll only call attention to us," she hissed

Too late.

Link had drawn his blade, and many alarmed citizens stopped to stare. A woman screamed.

Before Link could do anything, guards were around him,

"What's all this then?" one said, "Trouble, sir?"

"No, sir." Link said calmly, "There's no problem..."

"Then I suppose you won't mind coming with us?"

Lorine and Rick sat glumly in their cells.

" This is just lovely," Rick said as he paced up and down trying to think of a way to get out.

Zinthos, having missed the intended shadow, skids to a stop in his wolf-form.

Everyone around starts to scream and yell,
"HELP, HELP, MONSTER, HELP!!!!!"

Zinthos tenses and tries to find a way out.

His keen senses warns him of a band of guards running in his general direction.

Alarmed now, he opens up a portal to the twilight realm, and warps out in the nick of time.

Leaving Link to take the heat.

Link grimaced at the guard's request

"...No, I wouldn't mind coming with you at all." he said calmly, "I have nothing to hide."

Zelda's stomach twisted into knots. This was all her idea...and now it had backfired big time!

Zelda, not sure of what to do, stood transfixed.

"You there! The young man's companion. You come as well."

Zelda's heart sank...they would take her to the castle...the one place she never wanted to go back to...

Nodding, and ducking beneath her hood, Zelda followed the guards that led Link away.

Rick was now inspecting the bars on the cell door looking for a weak spot.

After thouroghly mystifying the crowds, Zinthos warped back to Hyrule castle, hoping for the gaurds to bring the two back within reach

[...The king released them already, grasshopper...lol]

Link was led to a holding cell, Zelda right behind him.

When the guards had left, he whistled,

"Well...we're in a pickle now. Bright idea, Zel." he said irritably.

Link didn't often get upset, but they were in hot water...

Zelda sighed, "I dont' like it anymore than you do." she retorted

Zinthos assumed that the guards would take them to the holding cells, so he decided he better head up there.

Upon hearing footsteps coming, he jumped into a shadow and waited....

"That very well may be," Link continued, "But you're the one that wanted to go traipsing through the town. I dont' even like this place."

Zelda frowned, "You didn't do much to stop me," She pointed out.

Zinthos, for some reason or another, felt that he knew these people....

He decided to get closer to them to get a better look...

"Because...well, you just seemed so happy..." he mumbled, his anger melting away. He could never stay mad at Zelda... "...And I didn't want to spoil it..."

Zelda's smile was crooked, "...Well then, Mr. Hero...you'll just have to find us a way out of here..."

Suddenly, out from the shadows appeared a dark wolf with glowing red eyes
[Zinthos]

"I can help with that," He said.

[yes Zinthos can speak in wolf form lol]

[Woot! Haha so can Fang]

Zelda's blue eyes opened in alarm, "...Who are you...?" she whispered.

Link had had his sword confiscated, but still stepped protectively in front of the princess.

"I am known as Zinthos in the your world, but in the twilight realm... well you can't pronouce that" replied Zinthos.

"Now, onto your escape," he continued, "First you will have to trust me completely."

"Second, you will be entering my world for a brief moment. Do you still wish to leave here?"

Zelda's jaw dropped. She gave Link a questioning look.

Then she looked at Zinthos like he was absolutely, positively out of his mind.

Link stared at Zinthos, "Um...I-I think I'd rather risk her dad," he said, jerking a thumb at Zelda, "At least I can outrun him...who knows what's in your world..."

{*cough* WHere's the King?}
And...
{TIME FOR THE FELL!}

Iko patted the King's arm soothingly, reassuring him. "--and then Zelda will come back, and we'll rule happily, just like it should be!"

"Tara! Let go!!"
"Nope."
Felledion de Shadraleone was being dragged into the Castle Town by the Wyndryder, Tara. Apparently, the dragger had been wanting to visit ever since the last Festival.
"But nothing's going on now," Fell protested, tugging on her sleeve.
"Oh, well."

(Oh, my. WHat have I done?)

[Yeah I don't know where this went.]

The King nodded sighed happily.

His reverie was interrupted a moment later as guards dragged in a fair haired youth and his hooded companion.

He grimaced, "How many subjects will disrupt me this day?"

Iko gaped visibly. She knew the blondie, and she was positive she knew the only person who could be under the hood...

Zelda hunched beneath her hood, not daring to meet her father's gaze.

With luck, he would never notice who she was...and Link had changed so much since the last time he saw him...

Link gulped. He'd stand up to monsters...lions, tigers, and bears. But oh my, he feared Zelda's papa.

"Oh, my," Iko murmured to the King. "Isn't that the Link fellow??"
Instigation is beautiful, she thought, wondering what she looked like in Link's view.

"...Link?" The King said..."...Where have I heard that name before...?"

Link looked at the executioner that had just given the fatal blow to his chance of remaining anonymous.

...Zelda? Confused, he turned to look at the hooded girl beside him...

Yep, still Zel...then...who was this?!

Iko caught the double-take. That couyld only mean one thing...
"Yes, dear, the Hero who our Zelda ran away with..."
